Our Process
Simple. Clear. Built Around Your Needs.
Shipping specialised or high-value equipment shouldn’t feel complicated. Our process is designed to give you clarity and confidence at every step, from the first conversation to the moment your packaging arrives ready for use.
Here’s how we work:
Consult
We listen to understand what you need.
Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to learn about your product, how it will be handled, and the type of protection it needs. Whether you’re shipping delicate medical instruments or bulky industrial components, we’ll ask the right questions to make sure nothing is overlooked.
What this includes:
Understanding your product’s size, weight, and fragility
Identifying transport risks (shock, vibration, handling, stacking)
Discussing timelines, quantities, and any compliance requirements
Recommending the best materials for the job
Why it matters:
Better information means better protection and fewer surprises later.
Design
We prototype the perfect packaging solution.
With a clear understanding of your needs, our team moves into design. We create a solution tailored specifically to your product, combining the right materials, timber, cardboard, foam, or an integrated system, for the level of protection required.
What this includes:
3D modelling or detailed sketches of your packaging
CNC-cut foam layouts for precision fit
Structural design for crates and cartons
Prototypes for testing and approval
Adjustments based on your feedback
Why it matters:
A well-designed package reduces damage, saves freight costs, and improves handling efficiency.
Build
We craft every component in-house with precision.
Once the design is approved, we begin production at our Mount Evelyn facility. Keeping everything under one roof allows us to maintain strict quality control, deliver faster, and ensure consistency, whether you order a single unit or a full run.
What this includes:
Fabrication of timber crates from certified materials
Die-cutting and folding of custom cardboard cartons
CNC routing and cutting of foam inserts
Assembly, testing, and quality checks
Branding, stencilling, or labelling as needed
Why it matters:
In-house production means accuracy, reliability, and no minimum order quantities.
Deliver
On time, on budget, and ready to protect.
Your completed packaging is delivered ready for use, built to fit your product perfectly and withstand the demands of transport. Whether you need a one-off solution or recurring supply, we work to your schedule and communicate clearly every step of the way.
What this includes:
Timely delivery or pickup options
Careful packaging for safe transport
Ongoing support for repeat orders or modifications
Clear timelines and consistent communication
Why it matters:
You get packaging that performs when it matters most, with no stress and no delays.
